Care Proceedings
If you have children and become involved with Social Services because something has gone wrong with their care, our Family Department can assist. They are all experienced in dealing with the issues that arise at the time you need to go to Court or in negotiations before this.
The process may be very worrying or even frightening, we are able to provide sympathetic and experienced advice to help you through this difficult time. Advice is sometimes needed very quickly, we aim to provide this at the earliest opportunity.
Legal Aid is available for Court proceedings if you are a parent of the child concerned. This will ease the worry of how advice is to be paid for. Legal Aid is also available for parents who need to attend pre-proceeding's meetings.

- The time spent on the matter
