Ruth Berry

Managing Partner, Executive Head of Practice

Having successfully completed her legal studies at Bristol, Ruth first started working for Berry Redmond Gordon & Penney in 1989. She decided to take a career break to concentrate on the growing family and achieved a teaching qualification before returning to the firm in 1998 and qualifying as a solicitor.

Ruth became a partner in 2003 and, having spent a number of years doing family law, she is now specialising in Residential Conveyancing.

Away from the office, Ruth has more free time than previously as all her children have grown up and have their own homes. Ruth therefore enjoys her garden, walking her dogs, yoga and helping her partner Mark on the farm.

Ruth is the COLP and MLRO for the firm.
